Start from Bike Stop Cafe.

You’re invited to join Bike MS Gateway Getaway and Bike Stop Café for a Bike MS training ride to be held on Friday, August 2nd!  The 26 mile loop will depart at 5:30 pm sharp, and a mountain bike sloop through Bangert Island will set out at 6:00 pm!  Both routes will depart from Bike Stop Café, 701 S. Riverside Dr., St. Charles, MO 63301.  Bike MS registration discounts will be available at the ride!  All riders welcome!
